For 20 years, Dr. Bradley Nirenblatt and his knowledgeable staff have been creating a fun, positive orthodontic experience for patients in the Charleston community. As an Invisalign® Preferred Provider, he has worked with hundreds of patients to help them achieve a straight smile without sacrificing aesthetics and convenience. In addition to Invisalign and Invisalign Teen™, Dr. Nirenblatt also offers traditional clear braces, In-Ovation® Lingual Braces, temporary anchorage devices, and Tip-Edge Plus System of braces. With the Tip-Edge Plus appliance, orthodontic treatment can be accomplished with fewer appointments when compared to traditional metal brackets. Their unique compact design greatly decreases discomfort and can eliminate the need for headgear, and other bulky appliances.
