Hi! I am Dr. Nirenblatt. I am excited to meet you and look forward to becoming your orthodontist.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself since we will be working together over the next several months improving your smile.
I am a Charleston native and a graduate of Porter Gaud. I received my B.A. degree from Boston University and my D.M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina where I graduated in the top 10 of my dental school class. In 1991, I earned my degree in Orthodontics from Columbia University in New York City, and returned home to Charleston.
I feel it is important for me to stay up-to-date with the latest orthodontic techniques by attending conferences, reading dental and orthodontic journals and participating in local study clubs with other dental professionals. In order to provide you with the best possible treatment, I offer my patients the latest methods of tooth movement and jaw orthopedics while working closely with your dentist and other dental specialists.
Aside from creating great smiles for my patients, some of the things that make me smile are my love for photography and listening to all types of music from jazz to pop. What makes me smile the most, though, is being with my wife and two children.

Hi, my name is Celeste Hutson, and I am the Scheduling Coordinator. I have been working with Dr. Nirenblatt for 2 years and I love it! I am here to help you schedule appointments, set up new patient appointments and assist with any insurance problems or questions. I was born and raised in Charleston and enjoy all the benefits of living on the coast. I have two awesome boys at home. Dakota is 7 and Jackson is 4 months! I enjoy cooking, shopping and photography. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you with anything you might need.
Joanne Wheeler
Hello, my name is JoAnne Wheeler, and I am Dr. Nirenblatt’s Financial Coordinator. I have been working for Dr. Nirenblatt for 3 years, and I love my job. I enjoy helping people. I am here to assist you with any of your financial concerns. I have 3 children, Joseph, Sara and Samuel. I am a Florida native and a huge Florida Gator fan. I enjoy reading, listening to music, shopping and spending time with my children. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you in any way.

Hello, my name is Roxanne, and I am Dr. Nirenblatt's Clinical Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. I have been with Dr. Nirenblatt for 9 years and I have been in the dental field for 11 years. I enjoy working with people and helping them have a good experience while they are in treatment with us. My husband Hugh and I enjoy spending time on the lake I our boat and camping. Hello, my name is Kelly, and I have been with Dr. Nirenblatt's Invisalign Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant I have been with Dr. Nirenblatt for 5 years and in the dental field for 10 years. I really enjoy helping people feel better about their smile. My son Johnny has beee in the Coast Guard for 4 years now. I have two dogs, Taz and Daisy May, and one cat named Jasper. I am from New Bedford, MA, so I love the summers here in SC. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, boating and camping. I cannot wait to meet you and welcome you to our practice.

Erika Spence
Hello, my name is Erika, and I am D. Nirenblatt's New Patient Coordinator and Orthodontic Assistant. I have been in the dental field for almost 10 years now and I have been with Dr. Nirenblatt for 2 years. You will meet me on your first visit to our office where I will take your initial digital photos and x-rays and discuss your main concern about your smile. My husband and I are expecting our third child this summer. Our oldest daughter is a rising 4th grader and our son is three and very busy! Spending time together as a family is what we enjoy the most!
