Hi! I am Dr. Nirenblatt. I am excited to meet you and look forward to becoming your orthodontist.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself since we will be working together over the next several months improving your smile.
I am a Charleston native and a graduate of Porter Gaud. I received my B.A. degree from Boston University and my D.M.D. from the Medical University of South Carolina where I graduated in the top 10 of my dental school class. In 1991, I earned my degree in Orthodontics from Columbia University in New York City, and returned home to Charleston.
I feel it is important for me to stay up-to-date with the latest orthodontic techniques by attending conferences, reading dental and orthodontic journals and participating in local study clubs with other dental professionals. In order to provide you with the best possible treatment, I offer my patients the latest methods of tooth movement and jaw orthopedics while working closely with your dentist and other dental specialists.
Aside from creating great smiles for my patients, some of the things that make me smile are my love for photography and listening to all types of music from jazz to pop. What makes me smile the most, though, is being with my wife and two children.

Hi, my name is Jennifer Johnson, and I am the Office Coordinator for Dr. Nirenblatt. I
have worked with Dr. Nirenblatt for 4 years. I have been in the dental field for 9 years and have found it to be a very rewarding career choice. I enjoy helping children and adults smile.
I am an avid runner and love to sit down with a good book. My husband Greg and I have a daughter, Ava, who is our pride and joy. We also have a dog Dallas who is a 12 year
old Jack Russell Terrier. I look forward to helping you have a great experience at our office. I am here to help you with all your needs.

Celeste Hutson
Hi, my name is Celeste Hutson, and I am the Scheduling Coordinator. I have been working with Dr. Nirenblatt for about a year and love it! I am here to help you schedule appointments, set up new patient appointments and assist with any insurance problems or questions. I was born and raised in Charleston and enjoy all the benefits of living on the coast. I have a 6 year old son, Dakota, who enjoys the water just as much as I do! I also enjoy cooking, shopping and photography. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you with anything you might need.

Hello, my name is JoAnne Wheeler, and I am Dr. Nirenblatt’s Financial Coordinator. I have been working for Dr. Nirenblatt for almost 2 years, and I love my job. I enjoy helping people. I am here to assist you with any of your financial concerns. I have 3 children, Joseph, Sara and Samuel. I am a Florida native and a huge Florida Gator fan. I enjoy reading, listening to music, shopping and spending time with my children. I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you in any way.

Hello, my name is Roxanne Mitchum, and I am Dr. Nirenblatt’s Clinical Coordinator. I have been with Dr. Nirenblatt for 7 years and have been in the dental field for 9 years. I enjoy working with people and helping them have a good experience while they are in treatment with us. I recently had a baby boy so I love spending my time as a new mom. My husband Hugh and I enjoy spending time on the lake in our boat and camping. We have a dog named Maggie. I look forward to making you smile!

Kelly Wilkinson
Hello, my name is Kelly Wilkinson, and I am Dr. Nirenblatt’s Invisalign Coordinator. I have been with Dr. Nirenblatt for 3 years and in the dental field for 8 years. I really enjoy helping people feel better about their smile. My husband Steph is in the coast guard. Our son Johnny has followed in his footsteps and is in the coast guard also. We have a dog named Taz and a cat named Jasper. I am from Boston, MA, so I love the summers here in SC. I enjoy riding my motorcycle, boating and camping. I cannot wait to meet you and welcome you to our practice.
