Meet Dr. Bradley Nirenblatt
Bradley Nirenblatt, DMD
Orthodontics is more than just straightening teeth. It’s about giving patients a beautiful, functional smile they can enjoy for the rest of their lives. My profession is meaningful to me because of the positive self-esteem changes I can make in my patients' lives. Meeting so many people from such different walks of life has given me an appreciation for the true diversity of our area. There is really nothing better than seeing each patient’s excitement the day they get their braces off and see their smile for the very first time. It’s priceless!
Education
After graduating from Porter Gaud High School in Charleston, I attended college at Tulane University in New Orleans and Boston University in Massachusetts. My dental school training was next and I completed it here in Charleston at the Medical University of South Carolina, where I graduated in the top ten of my class with my DMD degree in 1989. I was then accepted into Columbia University in New York City where I received my specialty training in orthodontics, graduating in 1991. After Columbia University, I returned home and began creating new smiles!
Continuing education offers the latest and greatest treatment advancements in all aspects of orthodontics. I am a member of numerous professional organizations that provide me with endless opportunities to further my knowledge, including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.
In the Office
Working with my team is one of the most important reasons why I go to work every day. My staff members are dedicated to our patients and want to provide the best experience for them while we straighten their smile. Our office is bright and welcoming with lots of fun activities for our patients of all ages.

Family Life
I was raised in Charleston, SC, and have enjoyed raising my family and building my practice in the community where I grew up. My wife, Cynthia, and I have two children, Ellen and Daniel, and two dogs, Pumpkin and Sugar. My main passion outside of my family and orthodontics is photography. I am an avid camera collector and also enjoy playing my 1950s copy Stratocaster guitar.
